All the books are printed after we submit the order to our supplier and can take 2-3 weeks for them to print and be sent to us. This custom collated class eight service manual on CD, TS473E will be provided for a period of ten years prior. That means if you order in 2007, we could give you a custom built CD for a specific truck back to 1997. We will make every attempt to include all relevant service manuals for a truck built within the last five years. For vehicles built within five to ten year time frame, we will provide Mack service manuals on the CD but cannot guarantee the availability of vendor manuals. The new package will consist of one binder, Mack information on a custom built CD enclosed in a protective pocket, vendor information in hard copy. When ordering you must supply chassis model and serial number, along with a G.S.O. number. .
