Technician as a Service (TaaS) - Annual Subscription
Technician as a Service (TaaS) provides unlimited access to a team of master mechanics. When a technician in your shop needs assistance, don’t scour the internet for answers or pull coworkers away from other jobs. Simply contact our TaaS team and one of our US-based technicians will assist with the procedure.
Includes one year of Technician as a Service (renews at $1,400/year).

Getting stuck on repair jobs leads to unnecessary backups in the shop and costly dwell time. Our OE, ASE and JPRO certified TaaS team helps with tricky diagnosis and repair procedures to educate your technicians and save time in the process.

PLEASE NOTE
TaaS support requires an active JPRO software license, a Noregon DLA+ adapter, and a signed contract (provided prior to activating the service).
